Jayden is 7 years old and was diagnosed with leukemia in January 2012. After being in remission for 17 months, he relapsed in September 2013. Jayden is also autistic, which made his hospital stay extremely hard because it interrupted his routine at home. Jayden was very sick and was in the hospital for a long time. He had his bone marrow transplant in December 2013 and his sister Caroline was his donor. When Jayden is not in the hospital, he and his parents travel to doctors’ appointments twice a week. Jayden’s father had to stop working so both of his parents could help take care of Jayden and his four siblings. This has been and continues to be a very hard and trying time. Jayden is such a strong little boy and never complains; he just keeps fighting! Please help in any way you can.
