In January 2015, at the age of 60, David underwent an allogeneic stem cell transplant from an unrelated donor to treat his acute myeloid leukemia (AML). He currently travels 90 miles each way to the hospital for follow-up care. David has not been able to work since October 2014 and is in need of financial assistance to help with transportation, utilities and medical expenses. Thank you for any assistance you might be able to provide!
