Claire is a 19 month little girl who was diagnosed with Severe Combined Immunodeficieny (SCID) on a new born screen. In January 2014, Claire received a matched cord blood stem cell transplant when she was five months old. Unfortunately, this transplant was not successful and Claire is need of another transplant to attempt to cure her SCID. The family is hopeful to have this transplant in North Carolina, which is 1,000 miles from their home. In order for Claire to have her family’s full support during the transplant, they will need assistance with expenses related to their move to North Carolina, including living and travel costs. Please consider making a contribution that will directly go to Claire and her family!
