Leslee is a full-time artist whose work is a true expression of her love for the colors and beauty in nature. However, last October a visit to the doctor’s office caused her life to change drastically. She had been experiencing extremely painful headaches, fatigue, loss of appetite, and severe bruising. Blood work revealed that she had Philadelphia acute lymphoblastic leukemia (Ph + ALL) and would need to travel across the country to receive a bone marrow transplant. Her brother was a perfect match and she is now 100% donor DNA. She hopes to be able to return home to her family, friends, and two cats very soon.
The Bone Marrow and Cancer Foundation relies 100% on private donations. Your generous Lifeline Fund donation will make a significant difference in the lives of patients like Leslee.
