Lifeline Fund

Luisa received an allogeneic bone marrow transplant in October 2014 to treat her Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML). Luisa recently got married, and she and her new husband are struggling to pay transportation, living and medical costs associated with Luisa’s transplant. Because of her lowered immunity, Luisa cannot take public transportation between her home in Brooklyn to Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital for follow-up appointments. These private transportation costs are quickly adding up. Luisa is appreciative of any contributions towards her mounting expenses.

The Bone Marrow and Cancer Foundation relies 100% on private donations. Your generous Lifeline Fund donation will make a significant difference in the lives of patients like Luisa.
