Marie Napoli is a founding partner of Napoli Shkolnik and a nationally recognized attorney with more than thirty years of experience handling complex litigation. Her practice includes employment discrimination, civil rights, mass tort matters, personal injury, and medical malpractice. Throughout her career, Marie has played a key role in numerous landmark cases and major settlements that have had significant national impact.
Marie earned her J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law, an LL.M. in Taxation from NYU School of Law, and an LL.M. in Environmental Law from Lewis & Clark Law School. Earlier in her career, she worked for the New York Appellate Division, Second Department, and has taught Continuing Legal Education courses on Tort and Civil Procedure at St. John’s University School of Law.
