Our Housing Assistance Program (HAP) enables patients and families to travel to the best cancer centers to receive care without worrying about the costs of lodging.
Our Housing Assistance Program is currently paused for general applications. However, the program remains available for hospital partners and private donors interested in collaborating with the Bone Marrow & Cancer Foundation to provide housing support for patients and families. For partnership or funding opportunities, please contact us to learn more by emailing [email protected].
Our housing assistance team reviews applications submitted by social workers or nurses on behalf of eligible patients. Once approved, the team assesses the patient’s housing needs and books an Airbnb home near their treatment center. Note: Currently, housing is grant dependent.
Patients who would like to be considered for temporary housing assistance should have their social worker or nurse reach out to us for an application at [email protected]. Note that medical team members must apply on behalf of patients.
Corporate sponsors, Hospitals and private donors have the opportunity to provide grants towards providing Airbnb housing for cancer patients and those undergoing a transplant.
Corporate, Hospital and private donations make it all possible. If you have questions about how your business or foundation can help, email us at [email protected].
