Did you know that there are over 16 million people on the Bone Marrow Registry that less than 5 percent identify as Black or African American. There’s even less that are multiracial. We have to bring awareness to this and help people understand that all it takes is a simple cheek swab to help save someone’s life. I’m just trying to be the voice, because I’ve already swabbed my cheek and I’m my mother’s donor. I will also be willing to help another person in need. Will you?!
