Bump in the road of recovery

11/7/2023

No one talks about the bumps and the hurdles. Cancer is a life long battle. Its a battle not cut out of the weak. It’s a battle that takes a entire family to get thru. It’s a battle that teaches you strengths and weaknesses you never knew you had. It’s the wake up to fight and face the day every single day not know what the next holds. It’s a battle I would want to stand by anyone side then yours to fight. Your one hell of a fighter. You make light of every dark ass tunnel. You make the hard days easier the good days better. It is only a bad moment and we will be back in track sooner then later.

For now we wait in a emergency room for a room to settle into at home away from home. TGH your staff is hands down the best. Your ER works wonders to get Ryan out of the overly populated waiting room fairly quick due to his suppressed immune system. I know in the morning we will see very fimular faces and they will all be ready to roll up there sleves and do what ever it takes to get us back home in a much better state.

Your contributions directly support cancer patients

With rising cancer rates, our work has never been more important. All donations for the Bone Marrow & Cancer Foundation go to services that directly help cancer patients, survivors, and families. The Foundation relies 100% on private donations. We depend on individual and corporate donors, as we don’t receive government or public funding. We offer innovative ways to contribute, and options for doubling the impact of donations. Thank you for your support, it means so much to so many patients.
