I’m getting Crab Legs when I get out of here

4/28/2022

Today was weird. Trevor was feeling very down and not able to communicate how he was feeling. He’s never had chemo before and it has just been alot for him to process, along with everything else. We were cleared to spend some time on the sixth floor balcony, I was hoping sun and fresh air would help. He mostly sulked and sat quietly.

Thanks to the wonderful care team, his meds were adjusted and he was able to have a pretty good afternoon. He is actually eating for the first time in 24 hours! Pizza Hut to the rescue. ?

Tonight at 8 pm will be his last Thiotepa bath. No more waking up at 2 am to bathe scary invisible gas off your body, change all your bed linen and wipe down everything in the room you touched! So he will sleep well tonight.
