I’m still in the hospital but I think the fever has finally decided to give up considering I didn’t spike one overnight as usual. I will still be here a few more days at least because they have found I have diverticulitis and most likely what they call BK Virus. BK Virus is something that mainly transplant patients get because of their lowered immune system. It affects the bladder and makes it very painful to urinate. You will also urinate blood and won’t be able to hold it to get to the restroom so you have to stay very close to a restroom until the symptoms subside. They are treating both and hopefully they will calm down soon. I have a bone marrow biopsy scheduled for Friday 9/6/24 but the only question is where it is going to be done. That’s about all I have for today but I will update when I have more news. I hope you all have a blessed day and thank you for your prayers!
