2024 was good to me and my family. I absolutely welcome 2025 and look forward to all that it has to offer.

Another year THRIVING not just surviving.

A year filled with ups and downs, blue skies and dark clouds, hearty laughs and soul aching sadness, but that is LIFE.  

While I prefer that cancer didn’t invade my body, it did, and with that, you may think I am crazy but I was absolutely blessed. There is truth to the old saying, “When life gives you lemons, make lemonade.” I did just that. 

Cancer gave me a first hand, authentic understanding of challenges people face, improved outlook on the necessity of a healthy lifestyle, a second wind, purpose, changed priorities, and an opportunity to help others see through darkness and times of despair.  

I did not do this alone. It took all of you…my village, my warriors, to sometimes lead me, walk with me, and follow me. I was never alone. Your prayers lifted me, carried me, and catapulted me through this fight for the last 3 years. Thank you for supporting me and my family in many different ways. 

In all that you face, remember this…look for the good, stay positive, keep moving forward, PRAY, help others, and LIVE your best life.
