Still have Fever

8/31/2024

This is the longest I’ve had fever after chemo before I believe. I am so ready to go home and be in my own bed. I have a good support system but being up here all day by yourself gets extremely lonely. The doctors and nurses on my medical team are absolutely amazing! If I have to be in the hospital at least I am in Jackson and not Houston. I will NEVER be hospitalized there again. That place is the absolute worst! All the cultures that they have done so far have come back negative so there is still no obvious culprit for the fever but they are keeping me till I have been fever free for at least 24 hours with no Tylenol. I will update again when I know more. Thank you all for your prayers!
