As many of you know, Kevin was diagnosed with MDS in June of 2024. Over the past two years, he has endured hormone therapy and 12 months of chemotherapy. Unfortunately, these treatments were unsuccessful, and his medical team has determined that his next best step is a bone marrow stem cell transplant.
This journey will be an intense emotional and logistical challenge. Kevin is feeling deeply anxious yet cautiously hopeful as he faces the unknown. Because of the rigorous treatment schedule, he will be unable to work. While Kevin is insured, being unable to work means he will have no income during his recovery.
Many of you have asked how to help. First and foremost, Kevin needs your love and prayers. He also needs financial assistance—which is incredibly hard for him to ask for. His family and friends have partnered with The Bone Marrow & Cancer Foundation to raise funds for Kevin’s medical deductibles, co-pays, and daily living expenses. Every donation made here is tax-deductible for you and tax-free for Kevin.
