I have supported individuals through their journeys using talk therapy at the Bone Marrow Cancer Foundation for three years. My professional experience includes work with individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds who struggled with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, grief, anger management, life transitions, and relationship issues. My goal is to be an agent of change in your journey by providing you with a safe, open environment that fosters relief. My approach to therapy involves using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) combined with a person-centered approach. I will integrate CBT interventions including cognitive reframing, guided discovery, and emotional monitoring in combination with person-centered techniques focused on meeting you where you are at and improving self awareness.
