Coping with all of the waves of emotion that come along with diagnosis, treatment and even remission should not be done alone. This disease brings everyone to their knees, those with it, and those witnessing it. There is no one size fits all treatment in every sense of that statement.
I strive to provide you with a safe space to bring all of your emotions and fears that you may not want to share with friends and loved ones. I want to help you find coping skills that don’t invalidate what you’re going through. I find so many people are being strong for loved ones and they need a place to be able to fall apart without the guilt or the shame. I have been and want to continue to be a place where people can come to do exactly that.
