From a conscious state of mind while in the emergency room waiting to be serviced, my life began to rapidly fade into a place, where I found myself unconscious and suspended in unfamiliar territory. Everything suddenly seemed to appear animated, as if I was in another realm of existence altogether, and I believe that was indeed the case.During this time, I had absolutely no sense of feeling in my body nor with my emothions, however, my mind seemed to be completely intact. I could see everything that was actively happening all around me, but it also appeared to be at a distance and even a seperate account of what I was experiencing, kind of like watching the activity taking place in real time yet not being a participant. in the activity
The really strange part of what I was experiencing is that I could not hear anything audibly, as the activity of the doctors, nurses, and othe hospital staff who scurried in attempt to help me, magnified the pressure of the darkness around me, which began to press into me as I continued to slowly fade into an unfamiliar realm of existence. Although the life in my body was fading into a place of non existence, a part of me was very actively clinging to that existence. That's when I realized that my spirit was completely seperated from my physical existence and continued to thrive with life, and even fought back in retaliation to the unrelenting seige against my life. I could not speak audibley to give voice to my cry's for help, but I could hear my speaking within and the voice of my spirit penetrated all of the bounderies of my existence both in the spirit realm and in the natural physical realm. It was in that moment that I found myself consumed with peace.
Although I was completely surrounded by utter darkness pressing in against my life, there was what appeared to be a divide and shield between me and the darkness. I noticed and identified with an extreemly bright illumination in the form of a sphere surrounding me and standing as a barrier between me and the darkness. The presence of my being was secure in the very center of that sphere of light. I instantly realized that I was now back in my body which in appearance was still lifeless, but my consciousness had been restored. I began to slowly come back to myself yet I was very disoriented to say the least, even bewildered. The very first realization that I was back, was when I saw my daughers face and heard her voice telling me that I had been in a coma, and I found great pleasure in that, knowing that I am alive.
