My name is Julio Suarez I was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia on March 23rd, 2019. It was truly unexpected but, my faith in God helped me to prepare for this journey I was walking into along with my wife who stayed at all times in the hospital. After several sessions of intense chemotherapy and blood transfussions, platelets etc. I got to come back home and then just keep on with my appointments. On November 22nd I received my Bone Marrow Transplant which was amazing to see how these process took less than a year. I would like to add that I am very thankful to all the teamwork of doctors, nurses, therapists who helped me throughout this journey and as well to Bone Marrow & Cancer Foundation whom provided with financial support. I will continue to receive infusions, walking therapies, doctor visits and all that needs to be done in order for me to recover my strength and bring my body back to normal. My wife setup a Carelines Fund so I can receive help on the continued medical expenses associated with my BMT. Thank you so much for your help and be blessed.
