On Friday, November 12th Steven walked into MD Anderson and was admitted to the ICU with Leukemia. Oncologists have diagnosed him with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (FLT3 mutation). Steven has been on three cycles of some of the strongest chemo regimens in attempts to get him into remission, but nothing seems to be working. Since his diagnosis on November 12th, steven has spent over 80 days in the hospital, and has only seen his five children twice. The doctors have decided to proceed with the Hematopoietic Cell Transplantation (HCT) process even though remission has not been achieved.
Steven NEEDS everyone’s prayers!! Please lift him up in your prayers along with his wife Ashley, their 5 children….Gavin (10), Ryland (13), Asher (5), Sawyer (8), Alyssa (10), my parents Bob and Barbara Green, and all of the doctors and nurses at MD Anderson giving him round the clock care.
Please know that however you found your way to this group page it wasn’t by accident. YOU are here because Steven and our family need every last person’s prayers, love and support. Thank you for joining Steve’s Fight!! #STEVENSTRONG
