We are reaching out for help for Rayan Abdulkerim Aliyi, a sweet and brave 7-year-old boy from Assela, Ethiopia, who is battling relapsed Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML), a type of blood cancer.
Rayan was diagnosed with cancer a year ago and went through months of painful chemotherapy. For a while, he was in remission, but sadly, his cancer has come back. His doctors have confirmed that the only hope to save his life now is an urgent bone marrow transplant — a treatment that is not available in Ethiopia.
Rayan’s bone marrow is overwhelmed by cancer cells, leaving him very sick, weak, and at high risk of infections. His siblings are being tested as possible donors, giving a glimmer of hope. But the cost of treatment, travel, and living expenses abroad is far more than his family can afford.
Rayan needs your help to fight cancer and survive.
Please consider donating whatever you can and sharing Rayan’s story. Every single contribution brings him closer to the life-saving transplant he desperately needs. Together, we can give Rayan the chance to grow up healthy and cancer-free.
Thank you so much for your kindness and support.
