The Bone Marrow & Cancer Foundation’s medical and educational handbook, Your Transplant Journey, for transplantation includes comprehensive information – for adult and pediatric patients, their family members, and caregivers – regarding the transplant process and all aspects of follow-up care. The handbook is based on the premise that by understanding what you face, you will be better equipped to cope. It will help you prepare for what’s ahead — physically, emotionally, and logistically. The handbook is meant to enhance the recommendations given to you by health care professionals.
